Super Tyler!!!
Christmas Day
and here's the table again... did I mention it has a dry erase top on it?
another of Tyler's favorite gifts was this water color book from his stocking
Check out all the loot!
This was a great Christmas! We were so happy to spend time with our families and enjoy some nice relaxing family time at home as well. Thanks to everyone for the generous and thoughful gifts to us. We love you all.
Christmas Eve
Gran & Grandaddy with all the grandkids.
Tyler opening the first of many presents.
and throwing away his trash. This cracked me up... he would run the trash over to Grandaddy as soon as he finished unwrapping a gift. In fact, Christmas morning at our house the first thing he said after he unwrapped a present was Trash? Tiddy kiddo, got to love it!
Showing off one of his gifts from Gran & Grandaddy. He loves this table and chairs.
Apparently unwrapping gifts made Tyler hungry because after the kiddos finished and the adults were unwrapping Gran had to get he and a few of his cousins a little Cheeto snack.
Tyler & Sydney playing with one of his new toys and testing out the table. He really had fun playing with Syd. She's very sweet to him and makes him laugh.
Sitting "patiently" with Momma while other people unwrap presents.
Playing with Uncle Chris
I think he was trying to climb the tree like he had watched his cousins do.
Merry Christmas from Gran & Grandaddy's!
Christmas Celebration #1
Grandad arrived with a Santa hat and Rudolph nose. Tyler wasn't too sure about that nose at first, but liked the hat.
Here's Tyler helping Grandad open his "BIG" present.
After presents Tyler got Grandad to read him a book. I think he's catching on that everyone that lives in our house is getting a little tired of Good Night Moon so he asks visitors now. :)
Time out to give the bear a hug!
Ok, let's try that nose now.

The Jones House is Ready for Christmas
I attempted to get Tyler to stand in front of the tree and let me take his picture, but he was having NO part of that (see previous post about all the wiggling), so here are a few pics of some of our decorations.
My Guys
Watching football... Tyler LOVES football. Everytime he sees a tv playing a game he yells FOOTBALL... this is particularly funny when we're out shopping and he yells it out in the store.
The flash always gives the photographer away!
I know that I've mentioned before how much Tyler likes fruit... these days we're very into Apples... yum... on this particular day he was whining so much before I cut the apple up that I just gave it to him whole to see what he would do with it. He almost got a bite out of it, but ended up wanting me to cut it up.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
I know I've been a major slacker on the blogging lately, but I promise you haven't missed anything super exciting with us over the past few weeks. We've visited with family, Tyler had his picture taken for Christmas, and he and I are trying to get a jump on Christmas shopping. Tyler is talking a little more everyday and continues to be a good little helper.
Gobble, gobble! Our little tukey showing off the hat he made at daycare... you can't see it in this picture, but it has feathers on the back of it and is very cute.Shaun & Tyler showing off their flipping trick for Grandma & Grandad before they left our house on Thanksgiving day.
... and a high five to celebrate a successful flip

We enjoyed Thanksgiving and now Tyler and I say... bring on Christmas!

Happier days
No, Tyler's hair hasn't turned orange, that would be yummy sauce from his Beefaroni of course.
Our sneaky little guy playing with one of his new favorite toys... his Handy Manny backpack... it has wheels, need I say more?

More Monkey Fun
Tyler had a great time. It didn't take him long to warm up to the place and all the people. I think he tried just about every game they had short of the dart toss, for obvious reasons.
Here he is applauding himself after throwing a ball into the bucket. As you can see the ladies that ran this booth were entertained by him as well.
BY FAR of course his favorite thing was the bounce house that had a little slide on it. We made two lengthy trips to the bounce house.
Checkin things out.
Mr. Andrew was nice enough to help him up to the top of the slide so he could go down... over and over and over and over
They had a guy walking around playing the guitar and talking to the kids and Tyler was mesmerized by him for a good while.
One last trip to the bounce house and down the slide before we left. After awhile that Monkey outfit does get a little warm so we took the top part off him.
