Snow, snow and more snow... in Dallas

I realize the East Coast has been hit really hard in the last couple of weeks with snow and we can't compare with that, but holy cow for Dallas we had a LOT of snow today! It was snowing when I woke up and continued most of the day today. My office closed at 4 and Tyler and I headed home to play in the snow.

since we're never really sure how long the snow will last here I thought it would be best to get it documented early this morning before we left for school

Mini-Olympics

During January Tyler did Gymnastics with a teacher that comes to his daycare once a week and does a couple of glasses for kids who want to sign up for it. Last week they had a Mini-Olympics for the kids to show off their newfound skills. Shaun went and took these video clips and pictures for me. I'm so glad that he was able to go. Tyler had told me he liked gymnastics, or as he says nastics, but he hadn't told me much about what they had done. Looks like FUN!

Big Boy Underwear

Things have been busy with us in the new year. We have been working on potty training for a few months now with the pull-ups and I'm happy to say that Tyler has graduated to big boy underwear. He's been in them for 2 weeks now and doing great. :) We're so proud of him.
I'lll spare you all the picture of his first day in big boy underwear, but I assure you it was VERY cute.
